I'm Mike O'Connell of The O'Connell Law Firm. We are a Denver based personal injury law firm located in the South Cherry Creek area (I-25 and Colorado), serving the greater Denver area from Evergreen to Aurora, Longmont to Castle Rock, and all points in between. The purpose of this site is to keep as much current information in the "blogosphere" regarding personal injury law, issues, and developments as possible. This includes relevant developments affecting consumers, injured parties, lawyers, insurance companies, and legislators. We plan on posting information that may be useful to anyone seeking information about the process and problems associated with being injured through the negligence of another. As I type this initial entry, there is legislation pending in the Colorado legislature that could effect each and every one of us. There is also case law recently developed that is beneficial to my clients. Developments occur daily. In a very real sense, the purpose of this blog is the dissemination of information. We will post helpful insights, general information, legislative bills, as well as periodic updates on how cases and interesting legal battles are going. It is my sincere hope that you will find this endeavor not only informative and interesting, but also (at times) amusing. We also plan on developing and extensive list of links that are beneficial to our visitors.
